SKI WITH ME!

About me

Simone - Ski with Me!

Hi, I'm Simone!!

I began skiing when I was 3 yo and since then I felt in love with that despite I was born in a nice seaside resort. For years I used to go up and down on the slopes enjoying the speed and the jumps as a typical young ski lover, then after a while, trying to match university studies and races commitments, I became ski instructor. Since I got the licence I like getting in touch with different people and different cultures so I gained many experiences teaching in France, Switzerland and Italy having fun teaching both children and adults, beginners or advanced skiers, in one to one or in group lessons. I'm qualified as an AMSI (Italian) ski instructor and Coach (FISI). I hold the specialization for Adaptive skiing and Telemark too. I'm keen for athletics, singing and travelling too. I'm italian, I like good food but ... I'm still working on my cooking abilities.

I wish you a lot of fun....on your skis!!

What I offer to my students

Ski

The individual lesson is certainly the most suitable option for those approaching this sport for the first time but also for those who intend to make technical improvement even more effective and make this their primary objective. Personally, the student's satisfaction is also mine and for this reason I do my best to make this happen.

Telemark

Not as widespread as "traditional" skiing, even if it is rediscovering ever greater popularity, the "free heel" discipline is another way to experience the mountains with an extraordinary mix of history, elegance and freedom of movement. Telemark is also an excellent tool to integrate alpine skiing through unconventional sliding sensations.

Group lessons

Skiing in company combines the stimulus to improve with the pleasure of sharing the experience with other people, an important "moment" of a mountain holiday, both for socialization and for the educational content induced by comparison with others.

Where am I?

In recent years the passion for skiing has allowed me to explore and get to know different places.

If my first steps on the snow were in Limone Piemonte, the uniform led me to cross borders by offering my services in places such as Val d’Isere, St. Moritz, Courchevel, Meribel, Madonna di Campiglio.

Limone Piemonte

Limone Piemonte is one of the oldest ski resorts in Italy. Its extraordinary geographical position allows it to benefit from copious snowfalls and the attraction of enthusiasts from all over northern Italy, the Côte d’Azur, from Montecarlo.

The Riserva Bianca district can count on 17 lifts and extends over 80km of slopes of varying difficulty equipped with modern artificial snow systems.

The town is a real pearl of the Maritime Alps. The ancient village, skilfully preserved, still maintains the charm of a mountain village that arose even before the advent of skiing. A long history that goes well with modern tourist demands that make this town one of the reference points of the Alps.

If I had to describe it in a few words, I’d say it’s a place that makes you feel at home but with everything you need to build a wonderful holiday and make beautiful memories.

Val d'Isère

What is missing in this place in the French Alps? There is everything starting from the 300km of slopes that make up the Espace Killy which includes the well-known resort of Tignes.

Piste, off-piste, easy, medium, difficult slopes, there is something for all tastes and until well into Spring. It is perhaps when the days get longer that the area is appreciated more. The temperatures become more pleasant but the snowpack retains an excellent quality.

This corner of Savoie has been a point of reference for international skiing for years and attracts enthusiasts from every corner of the planet also through the numerous proposals for après-ski.

Saint Moritz

A well-known Swiss resort in the Upper Engadine, St. Moritz can count on over 150km of slopes distributed mainly over three areas (Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza/Lagalb).

The altitude and the abundance of water mean that snow is always guaranteed.

In fact, the district extends from an altitude of 1800 metres, the level at which the beautiful lakes are found which frame the extraordinary that opens up to one’s eyes when one reaches the slopes.

Skiing, groomed trails, full moon descents make this location one of the best expressions of nature.
